Rehabilitation- P2U has worked with the Center for Partnership Medicine at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago, IL. In working in rehabilitation and post surgical clientele, P2U has a solid track record of going above and beyond the call of duty! Clients are throroughly evaluated and rehabilitated properly. Weight Reduction- We will first start off by having an initial consultation session at no charge where we will assess your fitness level and review your goals. Then we will work with you to personally customize an effective weight loss program that will best suit your needs. At Power to You, Inc., you will be working with a certified personal trainer who will train you in the comfort of your home, workplace or gym. For your convenience, we will provide all necessary work-out equipment. Youth/Teen Training Benefits- Self Confidence, Strength, Weight Loss Doesn't every child/teen want more self confidence? How about a resistance/workout program that adapts to their age, size and abilities that challenges them thoroughly? Self Esteem creates a better attitude, interpersonal skills and self respect. THIS IS A POWERFUL PROGRAM! Programs for pre-teens and teens are dependent on frequency, alone or with group and location. Pre-teenage children require very specific programs as all children grow at a different pace. Children also have various goals or sport specific training. Obesity has also become prevalent today... Support is here. With a combination of strength and stamina exercises in a completely supervised environment, your child will clearly excel. Exercise programs are specific to each child and will be Safe, Motivating and Mostly FUN for them. With each child's package, nutritional guidance will be offered. Results will ASTOUND you-and THEM! Teenagers require a VARIETY of stimulus to adequately CHALLENGE them. Whether the teenager is in a variety of sports or sedentary, P2U can support. Like Pre-Teens, the body of a teenager is changing rapidly. Not all teenagers will be fully grown at 16, 17 or 18. This is all evaluated in the consultation stage before a specific plan is reached. The teenagers body is growing quickly. Strength gains are imminent. Channeling that strength to their activities will support them in excelling. Basketball, Baseball, Football, Lacrosse etc. All training would be sport specific or just STRENGTH SPECIFIC if that is the goal. Obesity and Weight loss is a prevalent issue today. Training and nutritional guidance programs are designed to make things fun and SAFE for the teenager.
